You may be grown, but you will always be their child.

Still Their Child is a gentle, evidence informed grief support group for adults navigating life after the death of a parent or parental figure. In partnership with The H.E.R.E. Center, this 12-week hybrid group offers a deeply supportive space to process your loss, connect with others who understand, and learn practical ways to carry your grief with greater care.

  • Changes in identity, family roles, and relationships

  • Anger, guilt, regret, relief, longing, and unfinished conversations

  • Coping with grief waves, anniversaries, and unexpected triggers

  • Nervous system regulation and grounding practices

  • Remembrance, continuing bonds, meaning, and legacy

  • Reconnecting with life without leaving your parent behind

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their grief, tools for navigating difficult moments, and meaningful connection with a community where they do not have to grieve alone.
