“I SEE ME” Women’s Wellness Summit is an event for women of color that are on a journey of Self Discovery and Healing. This event provides a full day of self care that is packed with the information you need as you learn “How” to love yourself better. The day will encompass Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing, HIIT Workout, Holistic Health Vendors, Panel Discussions that are relevant to this journey and many more. This day is about you seeing YOURSELF.
AND…we are asking you to arrive in your best Athleisure Attire because doing the work is not always pretty. We don’t want you to mess up your good stuff.
