Growing True is a therapeutic wellness program designed to support adolescents and teens as they navigate identity development, emotional regulation, self worth, and life transitions. This program creates a supportive, affirming space where young people are encouraged to explore who they are, how they feel, and how to care for their mental and emotional well being.

This is service is provided at no cost to families; as a way to honor our commitment to deconstructing the therapy space and making mental health care accessible to all.
