Tiarra Abu-Bakr
CEO of True Self Holistic Therapy.
I am a Holistic Mental Health Therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor (LCPC-S), licensed in DC, MD and VA. I am a Certified Trauma Informed Clinician, Certified Sound Healer, and Master Reiki Energy Healer.
In this chapter of my life, I am devoted to creating safe spaces for women to heal and find community. I am passionate about ensuring that people, specifically women of color, operate from the most authentic version.
What I love most about this journey is that I am and will always be my first client. I have firsthand experience of the daily challenges people encounter when trying to balance multiple areas of their lives. That often leads to a practice of Self neglect. For that reason, I am committed to teaching people to trust and honor themselves.
